Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By choosing to work with Arclight Solution, you agree to the following terms. These are here to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth working relationship for both sides.
2. What We Do
At Arclight Solution, we support businesses with their day-to-day operations and growth. Our services include social media management, website development & SEO, CRM and lead management, property and listing support, digital marketing, email campaigns, YouTube management, and lead generation.
Every service is customized based on your business needs — we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
3. Getting Started
Before we begin, we align on everything — your goals, the scope of work, timelines, and pricing. Once we’re on the same page and the initial payment is made, our team gets to work.
4. Payments & Billing
Our services are typically billed on a monthly basis, depending on your requirements. Payments are made in advance for each cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.
If a payment is delayed, services may be paused until it’s resolved. Once a billing cycle has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
5. Working Together
We believe great results come from collaboration. To make that happen, we’ll need:
- Timely communication
- Access to required platforms
- Clear feedback when needed
Delays in these areas can affect timelines, but we’ll always do our best to keep things on track.
6. Things Beyond Control
We work hard to deliver results, but some factors — like platform algorithm changes, policy updates, or third-party issues — are outside our control. We stay adaptive, but we can’t guarantee outcomes influenced by these factors.
7. Ending the Engagement
If either side decides to discontinue, it can be done based on the agreed terms. We also reserve the right to pause or stop services in cases of non-payment or misuse.
8. Ownership & Usage
Once payments are completed, the work we create for you is fully yours.
We may showcase parts of our work in our portfolio, unless you prefer otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we’re committed to delivering quality work, we’re not liable for indirect losses such as revenue or opportunity loss. Our responsibility is limited to the value of services paid in the last 30 days.
10. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you’re comfortable with the latest version.
